Mirkon Beast Grow is completely free and ad-free — and the Shop doesn't change that. Everything here is an optional in-game item meant to make certain tough levels a little easier, not a way to unlock the game itself or its core content. Every level can always be solved through pure thinking and play, with or without the Shop.
Gems are the exclusive virtual currency in Mirkon Beast Grow, mainly used to purchase items like bombs and roulette to help you clear levels faster. The email you enter at payment will serve directly as your game account; the system will automatically bind it to your in-game account to safeguard your purchases and account assets. Gems are permanently valid from the date they are obtained, with no expiration. Please make sure your email is accurate.
After a virtual currency purchase is paid successfully, virtual currency is usually credited automatically to your game account (the email entered on the checkout page) within 5 minutes. If there is a system delay or order review, delivery will be completed within 24 hours at the latest.
If you still have not received your virtual currency after the promised timeline, please submit a request on the Contact Us page and provide your order number, purchase date, and payment proof. Customer support will verify the order and reissue the virtual currency within 3 business days of receiving your request.
If virtual currency cannot be delivered within 24 hours due to a system fault, inventory issue, or other reason, we will refund the funds to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund arrival time varies by payment method and is usually 7 business days.
Virtual currency may be used only inside Mirkon Beast Grow.
